Hmm. My days in my new vocation has been a very interesting and meaningful experience.Experienced a lot of stuff many would not have been able to experience.It all started when I was posted to my new vocation as an armour infantry trooper to Sungei Gedong Camp. But when I was there with the 19 of us new top-up to the battalion. I was selected to join the scout plattoon and be a recce trooper. Kinda stunned as heard scouts quite tough in term of physical and mental fitness. Then the next day inprocess to Pasa Laba Camp for the course. Not supposed to reveal the military aspects of the course due to the classified nature of military information. The tought part of the course was fast marches,12km with FBO and 60km long walk. One interesting yet emotional experience was during the killing and skinning of the quail. Each of us had a quail each and we had to pull off the head of the quail.It was a gruesome sight as the head was simply detached off the body and the eyes were still blinking and the body still moving due to the muscle reaction. Most of us didn't want to kill the quail but had to do as it was a veto factor of the course.All of us sayang the quails before we killed them. After they died, we went on to the skinning part. It was a weird feeling as the body was still warm and we skinned them by removing the feathers and after which,tear open the part which held the quail's internal organs,etc heart,liver and gall bladder.Then we removed them and washed them afterwhich. We then bought them back to our own team camp site to cook as our meal. It tasted like KFC's original chicken recipe chicken.
Today had a pretty boring day till some smsed me and it was about the past stuff. Kinda made me think of alot of stuff.Alot of mixed feelings.

Pictures of my precious guitar! I won this in a magazine contest.This is an autographed guitar by American Country singer Colbie Caillat and this model is the same model used in her bubbly music video. I am a big fan of hers and to have won this,I thank God alot as I tried to win her autographed cd in a channel news asia morning program but failed to do so and that very day I saw the contest in a magazine and I smsed the answer and didn't expect to win till one day they called to tell me to pick up my prize.Lol. I thought it was just a guitar only. Till I opened the case and saw her autograph and her words which wrote "Play and sing your heart out!".Totally inspired me to take up guitar lessons which I later took but stopped when I was enlisted into the army.Will continue when I have time.
Woke up early this morning and watched discovery channel & animal planet.Totally hooked to these channels since I got cabletv. Then went to TM with dominic to walk awhile and went to the library to borrow some books to read during my free time in camp.After which,headed to East Point for lunch at KFC before heading for home.
Dogs are better than human beings because they know but do not tell.

Pictures of my Darling Doggie Da Da. I simply love her to bits.She been with us since I was 12yrs old.Thats like close to 9yrs already,she was a puppy then.U can say we grew up together,I treat her like my sister as she is as close to me as a sibling would if I had one.She pretty old now but her eyesight is definitely perfect probably due to the carrots in her daily diet. She is a shitzu but is way bigger in size than her counterparts.She played a big part in my life. When I was bored at hm, we would play catch. When I was feeling down, she would come and find me and show me her doggy face and that would cheer me up. Everytime when I come home,she will greet me at the door with her wagging tail and bark at excitment. This cheers me up everytime I return from camp.
I love her,wouldn't imagine her leaving me. I remembered watching a movie called the "10 promises to my dog". Very touching movie and I hope I treat my dog well with love,care & concern forI know she loves me very much too but can't express in words. Sometimes I know she feel sad when I scold her or beat her but at the end of the day, I want her to know that I love her.
Woke up pretty early at around 3am to catch Chelsea CL match against Juventus. Yes!!! Chelsea won 1-0.Could have increased the lead easily but nvm still an exciting match. Anyway was slacking at home,watching movies and playing ard with my omnia.But still not familar with its interface.

Honestly,blogging is quite fun just that it requires ample time which I guess is quite an issue for me as I am serving my national service at the moment.
Luckily as I am on a period of off leave this week, lol . I can finally continue blogging to when God knows. This week was quite a week.Subscribed to cable tv, finally can watch soccer in the comfort of my home and the discovery channels are a hit with me. My kind of shows. Then monday went for our scout platoon cohesion at the kallang "Cage" where we had a friendly 4v4 soccer tournament which my team was the overall Champion lol.Kudos to Raja(top scorer),Sergeant Puhong,Ivan and me. Today went for a workout with Dominic and we went for a swim.Man,it was good.Then went over to lasvalene house and ate soba prepared by kennalyn.Funny lol,warm one. Then I am ending the day blogging and preparing to watch my favourite soccer team CHELSEA playing tonight against JUVENTUS. Hope CHELSEA win!!!
